Richard “RJ” Sohler
RJ is the managing partner and a transactional attorney whose practice is focused on helping people with their business, tax, and estate planning needs. He is a true entrepreneur at heart, having planned to open his own law firm before his first day of law school. RJ started his legal career as an unpaid receptionist and has used that experience to grow the firm from the ground up. His non-legal experience includes working as a software consultant, where he was responsible for designing and implementing complex budget and forecasting models, and he has also worked in banking and retail. His diverse background allows RJ to provide clients with a unique perspective and often combines legal theory with the practical side of life.
In his personal life, RJ and his wife Stephanie have two young children and an 80 lbs chocolate Labrador named Tank. They enjoy camping and vacationing anywhere there is a beach.
